Kicking off from Sunday, January 2, CBS will see the return of S.W.A.T. Season 5, and also the following day will see the midseason premiere’s of NCIS, The Neighborhood, and NCIS: Hawaii.

Also making its debut to CBS in the first week of January is Good Sam, a gripping medical drama set to rival ABC’S Grey’s Anatomy.

Good Sam (starts Wednesday, January 5 at 10 p.m. ET): A medical drama following the life of Dr. Samantha Griffith (played by Sophia Bush) who becomes a top surgeon at Lakeshore Sentinel Hospital after her boss and father, Dr. Rob Griffith (Jason Isaacs), falls into a coma. The series follows what happens when her father wakes up.

Smallwood (TBC): A comedy about professional bowler Tom Smallwood.
